Stewardship Saturdays

Description

Help study and enhance the wild natural areas of Boston Harbor Islands!

Join other park stewards to defend the park against invaders and study changes in park biodiversity. Working side by side with park managers, volunteer stewards help control the spread of invasive plants in areas of high natural value such as fresh & salt water marshes, dunes, and emerging woodlands. Stewards can also choose to participate in long term bird, plant, and marine invasive monitoring projects.
