Description
Sail in the largest race in Boston Harbor or watch the boats from Georges Island.
All sailors, from beginner to pro, are invited to participate in this fun-filled pursuit race, round-the-islands. If you're not interested in sailing, watch this exciting race from the ramparts of Fort Warren on Georges Island. The race is free to watch for spectators, but sailors must register their boats. Sailors may register their boats at http://www.islandalliance.org/regatta.asp or by calling Laurie Cormier at 617-223-8326.

Directions
Take the park ferry to this program.During the summer season, park ferries depart frequently from Long Wharf, Boston; Fore River Shipyard in Quincy; Hingham Shipyard; and Pemberton Point, Hull. We suggest arriving at the dock at least 30 minutes prior to departure to allow time for ticketing and boarding.
